All Returned Merchandise items must be accompanied with a valid RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number issued by GlobalStreams Tech Support Department. This RMA number is required for all items regardless of warranty status.

After obtaining the RMA number, the customer, will need to send the package to GlobalStreams, shipping prepaid and insured. Please make sure to mark your package clearly with the valid RMA number to insure acceptance.

No package will be accepted if it is shipped “COD”, “Freight Collect”, or “Third Party Billing”.

Standard Return

For repair/replacement under warranty, GlobalStreams must receive the card or item from you prior to sending a replacement.

Before replacing the card or item, it will be tested to confirm that it is not working. If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement will be sent to you by UPS Ground, shipping paid for by GlobalStreams. Faster shipment is available at the customer (your) expense.

Cross-Shipment Return

For repair/replacement under warranty GlobalStreams will provide for more rapid replacement by cross shipment of specific card(s) or item(s).

To accommodate this, GlobalStreams will accept a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) for the MSRP of the card(s), crediting the credit card when the failed card(s) is returned to GlobalStreams with a valid RMA number. The replacement card(s) are shipped UPS Ground paid for by GlobalStreams. Faster shipment is available at the customer (your) expense.

Shipping Instructions Domestic and International

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container. Returns must be shipped to the following address:

The customs processing method should indicate “Free Domicle”. To speed customs processing, please mark the following message on the package:
